PERSONAL PROTECTION
Let's face it, kids play in the street. They play touch football, baseball and other games. Most windows are two-piece, with a flimsy screen covering the moving side and NOTHING covering the stationary side. So if the ball hits the screen, it will usually fall to the ground, but not until after it has broken the window. What about the flying glass? The screen kept the ball out, but now there is glass in the carpet and on the floor that has to be cleaned up. Or maybe your house was advertised as being "located next to the 15th Fairway" or the ad used the terms "...backs to green..." So while baseballs may not be a problem, you may have several golf balls flying over your fence in a day. Exterior Rolling Shutters address this problem. They keep you from having to put up sheets of plastic while you wait for the Glass Contractor.
